Baesman Insights & Marketing has added three new members to its growing team. Becca Logan and Katie Huesman join the agency as Account Managers, and Tara Menon joins as a Senior Data Analyst. Logan, Huesman, and Menon will help to round out Baesman Insights & Marketing’s client services and customer insights offerings as the agency continues its momentum into the New Year.
“We are thrilled to welcome Becca, Katie, and Tara to our team,” said Jeff Sopko, President of Baesman Insights & Marketing. “All of them have extensive experience working with major retail brands and I am confident that they will help us to continue to drive customer loyalty and engagement for our brand partners. This has been a year of explosive growth for our company and I’m looking forward to building upon that in 2018.”
As an Account Manager at Baesman Insights & Marketing, Logan will be responsible for cross-channel program management. She will draw upon her expertise in strategic marketing and operations management. Prior to joining Baesman Insights & Marketing, Logan served as an Account Manager at Alliance Data Systems. She has worked with leading retailers including Wayfair, Overstock.com, and Bed, Bath & Beyond.
Huesman, who previously managed CRM campaigns for DSW, will drive cross-channel CRM and loyalty initiatives for Baesman Insights & Marketing, including data analysis, campaign strategy, and marketing execution. She will contribute to account work for American Girl and Rag & Bone.
Menon, who also comes to Baesman Insights & Marketing from Alliance Data Systems, has a strong background in analyzing customer data patterns and produces customer insights that serve as the foundation for client strategies. She will apply this to her role as a Senior Data Analyst at Baesman Insights & Marketing.
These talent additions are the result of a series of major new business wins for Baesman Insights & Marketing. The agency has added several brand partners to its client roster this year, including Hibbett Sports, Thirty-One Gifts, and Outlook Amusements, among others. Baesman Insights & Marketing anticipates even more new hires as it continues to expand in the New Year.
