A graduate of Miami University, Rod is the third generation to lead this family business. He loves watching new associates work their way up and grow into a position they never thought possible. He spends his free time outdoors with his family playing tennis, snow skiing, and is currently training to bike 100 miles in the upcoming Pelotonia ride to support cancer research. Most of all, Rod values building personal relationships with his team, his clients, and his community.

Tyler’s been working for the family business for over two decades alongside his brother (and CEO), Rod. And he takes pride in cultivating relationships with clients so they stay happy and loyal. With his team, he works hard to turn clients’ challenges into successes—and to streamline the process as the clients’ needs change. When he’s not working, Tyler loves to bow hunt with his kids and spend time at his cabin in Athens, Ohio. “We work hard for our clients because we care about the relationship, not the invoice.”

As VP of Marketing Strategy, Kim leads Baesman's loyalty, data and strategic initiatives. She is tasked with driving client growth, customer acquisition and creating data-driven retention strategies.

Before joining the Baesman team, Kim spent more than a decade at Victoria's Secret in Direct-To-Consumer campaign strategy and analysis. She built profitable customer acquisition and retention strategies from data-driven analysis.

With more than 20 years of extensive experience in both human resources and office administration, Maribeth sees her first priority as providing the talent, tools and processes to better assist each and every team member within Baesman. She enjoys contributing back to the community by serving on several boards and volunteering at the local open shelter. Other passions include camping with her family, attending sporting events and live music concerts (aka Groupie).

Mark graduated from The Ohio State University and has over 20 years of accounting leadership experience. He appreciates the challenge of identifying and solving problems. Outside of work Mark loves to watch his son participate in sports and spending time with his family going to movies, sporting events and volunteering at a food pantry.

Andrew has been working in production and operation management for over 15 years, with 7 of those years spent in improvement and lead production. He is a hands-on leader who constantly pushes his team to achieve more than they thought was possible. Outside of work Andrew likes to spend time with his wife and three kids, he enjoys woodwork, hiking, and camping, as well as working on personal growth.

He spends much of his time at Baesman connecting dots and ensuring that the company is leveraging technology in smart ways that solve customer challenges.

When she's not marketing, Rachel enjoys kayaking, reading, cooking, crafting, and spending time with her family and dog, Rosco.

As Director of Client Services, Chris is responsible for leading Baesman's front end team to ensure that we communicate our customers' brand message to their target audience.
Outside of work, Chris likes spending time with friends and family, especially road vacations with his wife to see their two adult sons.

Jack is the newest member of Baesman's fourth generation, joining the team in June 2024.  Jack is a graduate of Northwestern University and is bringing 6 years of experience as a manager and customer service representative at Epic Systems (the company that brought you MyChart) to his new role as the Continuous Improvement Manager.  In his free time, Jack enjoys playing tennis, running, cycling, and just about any other type of physical activity.  Jack is looking forward to growing our customer partnerships and bringing the Baesman experience to the next level.

Her favorite part of her job is building long term relationships with her customers, and becoming an extension of their marketing and production teams. Her customers rely on her expertise and knowledge to help create a seamless process for execution of their marketing strategies and campaigns. “Baesman has a great team atmosphere. Every associate understands how critical their part of the process is to the overall project, and the quality and attention to detail is second to none.” Outside of work, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family, as well as leading a Girl Scout troop and her church Youth Group.

Kelsey is a proud member of Baesman’s fourth generation, joining the team officially in April 2022. As an Account Manager, she loves building trust with clients and seeing how data, strategy, and execution all come together. Kelsey spent over 5 years at 84.51°, the data science and customer experience arm of The Kroger Co. In her time there she informed merchandising decisions from customer data and also led product strategy within the Kroger Precision Marketing portfolio, helping brands connect with Kroger shoppers in a more personalized way. Kelsey spends her free time baking new desserts to satisfy her sweet tooth and doing active outdoor sports with her family. She and her husband will be welcoming their first child in fall 2023 (the 5th generation??).

He graduated from The Ohio State University in 2017 with a degree in Business Administration and a specialization in Human Resources. He worked for Cardinal Health and Mount Carmel Health System in the recruiting field before joining the Baesman team in December 2020. Zach enjoys bow hunting with his dad in Athens, OH as well as gaming with his friends. As an Account Manager, he values relationships and looks forward to interacting with our print partners every day.
